The Successful Women in Business awards were created in order to celebrate hugely talented, successful women all over the world. These women not only run businesses, or work in demanding roles but often also juggle caring responsibilities at the same time.
In 2020, the awards comprised of 11 different categories, including:

4 C Marketing director Caroline Saunders is delighted to have been selected a finalist in the Social Media award, alongside other social media experts. Caroline said: 
“I was delighted to be nominated for this award by award-winning Business mentor Gill Donnell MBE, and then selected as a finalist. The award is about recognising a woman who promotes excellent collaboration through social media which is something I am passionate about. Social media isn’t just about numbers. It’s about developing real connections and supporting others. I strongly believe we can achieve so much more when we work together.”
Sadly the actual awards night has had to be postponed due to COVID-19, but in the meantime, all the finalists have come together online in a series of organised meetups to celebrate virtually together. Caroline added:
“It’s been so nice to get to know some of the other finalists, especially local Christchurch businesswomen like Louise O’Connell of Bridge Health & Wellbeing, a finalist in the Business Mother award and to recognise all of our achievements together. I am looking forward to the winners being announced, whenever that may be. In the meantime I am proud to display my finalist logo and be part of the awards, celebrating the powerful role of women in business.”
