Last night we celebrated the success of local businesses in north Hampshire at the Inspire Business Awards. The annual awards showcase regional businesses and promote the continued success of the region’s businesses and growth of the local economy.
Held at the De Vere Highfield Park in Hook, the glittering gala dinner was attended by 600 guests, including the finalists from the 13 awards categories. Businesses both large and small from all over North Hampshire were there including Tylney Hall Hotel in Rotherwick, E C Electronics in Basingstoke and Aldershot Town Football Club. We were there as guests of Thrive Studios who had been selected as finalists in not one but two categories – Marketing Campaign of the Year and New Business of the Year.
After a champagne reception and delicious dinner and awards got underway and we heard inspiring stories of North Hampshire businesses demonstrating the best in Innovation, Customer Service, Sustainability, Marketing and Community work. Top entrepreneurs and employers were recognised who are all contributing hugely both to our local communities and our national economy.
Special congratulations go to Blackbushe based Sonardyne who won both the Innovation Excellence Award and the International Business of the Year award. It was lovely to meet the team there and share in celebrating their success.
