We completed a marketing strategy review for online estate agent Check 4 Houses who are based in Fleet, Hampshire. Having established a successful business but facing increasing competition from both local and national competitors we developed a new marketing strategy to allow them to capitalise on their strengths and gain market share in a consistently buoyant local property market. Focussing on the ‘C’ of Communication, we developed a clear marketing plan to raise awareness of their brand through local advertising, PR and to optimise their online presence.
